"If the legends are watching from above they're well pleased, Todd Grebe & the talented musicians that comprise Cold Country are the real deal and Citizen should be an album everyone's talking about."

Yes it's true! We're bringing the Cold Country down South! And we're playing at some great venues. Come out and see us, and if you can't (because you live no where near there...) let your local friends know about it! It's gonna be a Cold Country good time.
I know, I said it... Fall is here. And it's gonna be a good one.
And Guess What! Cold Country is going to Black Pot Fesitval and Cook Off in Lafayette, LA! It's on Halloween weekend so you have time to buy your plane tickets now. And only $20-50 to get in. You should come! We play Friday night at the Chapel.
And we're also going to Juneau in early Oct. for an Alaska Folk Festival fundraiser, Falltober Fest. So FUN!! Several bands, cocktail bar, great dancing... i swear Juneau is the only town in AK where people know how to country dance.
Also... we'll be doing several shows around Anchorage and Girdwood on a regular basis. Catch us at the Taproot, Reilly's, Pubhouse Gastropub, Silvertip or Chair 5 this Fall!
And if you've got a wild hair... come out to the Seaview tomorrow night in historic Hope, AK! it's the 2nd to Last weekend that it's open before it closes for the season. So come and get your halibut burger and IPA on tap and store up some calories for next summer... we're about to get into hibernation mode people.

We have been busy this last month doing lots of fun and beautiful weddings and private events...
As well as some fun stuff like Girdwood Forest Fair, Anchorage 4th of July Celebration, and Tent City Bluegrass Festival.
OMG we've been so busy that I forgot to mention that Todd won the Rasmussen Individual artist award of $7500! The money was awarded to help buy a sound system, and to help with travel costs for the band around AK. He got a cool medallion : )
Summer in Alaska has been incredible so far, and some even venture to say too hot... so hot we had to breakdown and buy a fan for our house. The album reviews have also been HOT! Hearth Music is doing a great job getting the new CD "CITIZEN" out to radio and press promoters around the U.S. We even topped the FAR charts, which is based in Austin, TX, but is a national chart called the Freeform American Roots chart at #3! This puts us above awesome artists like Chris Stapleton, Darrel Scott, Dwight Yoakum, and Whitley Morgan. Some review highlights so far are:
Hope to see you at one of our shows!!
Our new CD CITIZEN is now officially released as of April 23rd. And because our Kickstarter was a success, its getting the national release that we were hoping for! Be sure to check up on our FB page Todd Grebe and Cold Country for links to cool reviews, special CD Release Previews like The Boot's preview of "Box of Wine" and new tour dates in your area. We've added tons of summer shows to our schedule, so be sure to look over that when you're planning your summer! Tour dates coming up...
